Here is what arrives, one morning practice at a time
Day 1 — Walk and listen. Ten minutes outside, ears open.
Day 2 — Notice one neighbour. Stay two minutes with one being beyond the human — a bird, a tree, the bog. Leave knowing one thing you did not know before.
Day 3 — Witness one difficult thing. Look at something difficult for one minute without fixing it. Find the steadiness that is also there.
Day 4 — Use what only you bring. Five minutes spent drawing on one particular gift of yours. Notice what comes back to you.
Day 5 — Give one small thing. A message, a noticing, a few minutes of full presence.Offered freely, with nothing expected back.
Five mornings. Five small exchanges with life. A few minutes each.

Anne's work helped me to foster an attitude of openness to "the world as it is” and a sense of greater possibilities. Highly recommend it.
